Refund Policy
Sometimes you may require a refund. We are here to help when this kind of stuff happens. If you require a refund on a cash order the best thing to do is contact the restaurant directly.
If you have paid online then you are welcome to call us or mail us. f your order is refunded before you take away from the shop, you can get money back. If you paid by cash, you can get back the same money as cash. If you paid by card and you would not take the product, you can get money back to your bank account. This may take up to 5 working days to appear in your account.

How Can I change my order?

We have a shop phone for customers can reach and place an order. You can call that number. In addition, we have a company e-mail address for our customers to follow. You can mail to this address.

How can I pay for my order?
You can pay credit/debit cards. We also accept pay by cash direct to the worker. If you want to order from the store and for another day, you have to pay a de-posit for your order.

Why do I need to pay a delivery charge?

The delivery fee is decided by the restaurants. We have delivery staffs that we contract with them. You have to pay for the delivery fee for your deli-orders. If you order for take away, you don not pay delivery fee.(Deli-order means you can order to home, shop, store etc.)

Cancellation and Return

You have the right to cancel an order up to the point the order is sent to the restaurant. Normally, this is approximately 45 minutes before the time you requested delivery or collection of the order. If you want to cancel your order, you can call shop phone or you can cancel the order directly from the web site.
You can cancel your cake order before 24 hours to collect it. Al-so you can make changing on your cake order before 24 hours ago.
